It’s almost midnight and there’s been a small dog roaming around my front porch for hours. He has no collar and looked uncomfortable outside with all the mosquitoes so i took him in my garage and gave him water. i’m not sure what to do next. my neighborhood doesn’t have any strays so i’m thinking someone has to own this dog but no one has come looking for him and he doesn’t seem to want to leave.
