Hi, My friends dog literally shakes and crawls on top of whoever is there anytime a thunderstorm comes through. It’s even worse at New Year’s and July 4th. For 2 weeks or so after these holidays, he refuses to go outside without an escort, and most of the time has to have his leash on just to go to the backyard to do his business, I was wanting to use noise-cancelling technology to help. They could mount a microphone outside the house. Run it through something to invert the wave patterns and then output that to the home theatre. When a storm is coming, they can turn it on, and hopefully it should reduce the noise to levels that won’t scare the dog. Does anyone know what I’d need to do this. The microphone is easy. The home theatre system is already there. Just need something to invert the mic input and then output the signal that could then be routed to the receiver. Any help would be appreciated. He such a sweetheart of a pup and I hate seeing him terrified. Nothing else, be it benedryl or other medications seems to help.
Thanks
