I recently got 2 male Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches. I've kept them in a 5 gallon tank enclosure with water sprayed everyday to keep moisture up, bananas, dried dog food, and cuttlebones as well as places to hide. I noticed recently that the cockroaches have gotten larger with an abdomen that looks similar to an ant with a full social stomach. The cockroaches are lethargic and generally barely move. I'm wondering if this behavior is typical of these cockroaches due to an abundance of food? Is this a sign of something bad?
