How do you abandon a cat?

I know the title sounds triggering but hear me out.

I live in a country where the state does little to help the stray animals so we have literal millions of cats and dogs roaming the streets.

I try to do my bit and there are about 50 cats that I try to feed regularly. About two months ago, I noticed this very young female cat making horrible noises when trying to eat. I made a video of it to show my vet and she asked me to bring the cat as it seemed to be a medical emergency. Turns out the kitty had a very bad inflammation of the gums (probably stemming from an autoimmune) and my vet pulled all her teeth except for the ones on the front. She had to stay at the vet for a while and then I took her in while she was healing. Her pain is gone, she is happy but she is not a "special breed" so I couldn't find her a forever home.

The problem is that she is super aggressive. I dont know if it comes from being feral for a while or because of her past trauma but she attacks and often draws blood, which is fine if it was just me.

I already had two rescue cats when she came in. I have a fat boi and a very quiet, shy girl. The newbie terrorizes the shy girl. So much so my little girl cannot eat where the newbie can see her. She spends most of her time hiding so the newbie doesn't chase her. Recently she started going to the bathroom on our bed, which I am guessing is a result of her fear.

I tried reaching out to people who keep outdoor cats, offered to cover newbie's food and vet bills her entire life but nobody wants a little aggro. It looks like the only two options I have are: keeping her and stressing the heck out of the shy cat, or to leave her back on the street. My vet assures me that she can eat dry food but what if she can't find dry food on the street? Did I do more harm while trying to help? Should I just abandon her? Can they learn to get along?
