so I owned a good amount of pets growing up “of course i was a child and my parents didn’t really care so I couldn’t care for them in a right way” but I want to get a good and a right pet for me so I would really appreciate the help:)
so here’s some points abt my situation and what I’m looking for:
-I still live with my parents (would probably be there for more then 5y) and they don’t like animals so I want a pet that can be happy in my bedroom all the time
-my bedroom is pretty big so and I want a pet that can be free-roam or out of the cage most of its time
-I don’t want a short lifespan pet (i had a hamster as a kid and even though he lived happy for 2y I wasn’t over him for around 4y) so no little rodents maybe 4-6y or more is a good average
-i love loud and quiet ones so both r good
-no too smelly ones a little bit is fine but i gotta sleep there
-a pet that i can love and feel loved by(I love spiders and snakes but they don’t help my case) i need a pet as quickly as possible for emotional support and to keep me happy for now so maybe I’ll get a snake in the future
-I’m not getting any pet anytime soon I’m just researching and learning abt them now and I won’t get a pet for at least a year
also I really want to adopt but I don’t think i can find what im looking for in any shelter but I’ll never buy them from a pet store so don’t worry abt that
