my parents got a dog from someone and it didnt get its shots, or there uncertain if the previous owner gave her the shots needed for the first six months. she is unlicensed and has never been getting her vet check ups, so basically no vet shots, check ups, or licenses. we had her for 8-10 years and now she might (almost certainly not) have a disease we want to look into getting all these things done for her. what is the penalty for not doing any of this in california and how much would it cost for her to get these things that she needs and how. shes a dog
