My baby beagle (2 months old) doesn't seem to like me. Whenever my mom comes home from work, he gets so happy and jumps around my mom and licks her while wagging her tail, but he never does anything like that for me. I'm the one who feeds him, I'm the one to make him sleep on my lap and pat his head, I'm the one to give him kisses, and I'm the one that stays with him the whole day. Of course, I leave him in the garden to play and I always can't be right next to him, I'm quite exhausted, and hence I don't play with him often, I just leave him with his toys. He also bites me a lot, so I don't allow him near me sometimes when he's super active, to avoid getting bitten (he has wounded me in multiple places already). I also kinda get mad at him when he pees and poops in places where he isn't supposed to, but overall, I love him very very much, and I call him MY baby, because I love him as much as I would love my own child, but I don't think he loves me back. He doesn't come running towards me happily like he does for my mom, he also doesn't wag his take while he's around me, which again, he does for my mom. I'm just a little sad and worried. Does he not like me because am I not taking good care of him? Or am I being mean to him? How do I get him to like me more?
