We have two male dogs. One is about 9 and is a westie/poodle cross. The other is a rescue, age unknown. We think he's about 12ish. Seems to be some kind of border collie cross. Older dog is neutered, younger dog is not. Over the last couple of months, the younger dog has started licking the older dog's genital region somewhat obsessively. Anytime they are outside of one another's line of sight for more than a few seconds, the younger one will go over to the older one. Does anyone know if this is something to be concerned about? We've had them about 9 and 10 years, they're not exactly new to one another.
