So every morning when I go to the kitchen for my breakfast, my cat would tag along for hers, usually meowing very loudly. I would get out her canned food and at that point the meowing intensifies and she would pester me while I try to get the food out of the can and into her bowl. Many times she’s so impatient she would go right to her bowl before I even finish getting her food out and block my way so I can’t even put the food into her bowl. I try moving to different tables and counters in the kitchen but she would just follow me everywhere and jump onto whichever surface I’m using. She knows the sit command, but she would only sit for 2 seconds before she gets up and gets all up in the bowl where I’m still trying to get food into. It’s really getting very annoying and frustrating. She seems to forget all her training and just goes crazy pestering me non stop.
Oh and side note, I leave some kibbles out for her to snack on in the middle of the night in case she’s hungry so she’s never really that starved. And there would usually be some leftover kibbles still in the morning.
