Found a kitten and I don't know the important things about taking care of a kitten. Could you offer help?

I don't really know what age he is but he does have a couple of teeth growing, he can retract his claws, and his ears are pointy like an adult cat.

I left him alone for a while just in case his mother was just away for a while but no mother came to pick him up.

What can I feed him that isn't cat food? I am currently giving him wet boiled chicken and microwaved scrambled eggs. How much should I feed him per day?

Does he need cat milk or some other substitute? I have looked up multiple recipes for emergency kitty milk and I don't have the ingredients for them (yogurt, goat's milk, etc.)

How do I get him to drink water? He treats the bowl of water I give him as if it were a decoration.

I currently can't take the little guy to a vet.

Is there anything important I should know?
