I’ve been looking at puppies on Kijiji and one person who I have communicated with stated that the puppies have not been to a vet and do not have shots or deworming, the selling price is $700. The puppies are 8 weeks old.
I have never purchased a pet from Kijiji and have gone the rescue route many times in the past.
Is there anything sketch about this that I should be worried about based on this scenario I listed above?
