My cat randomly walks up to my dog, puts her hands around my dogs neck, and starts tightening them really hard. My dogs really small and way smaller than my cat so she's not able to fight back. I heard her screaming and ran over to check on her and saw my cat choking her. Any ideas on how I can get her to stop?
