So my cat is about 10 years old. He had a stroke a few months ago but he recovered well. Now he is sitting next to his litter box , he has vomited a couple times and his breath smells. He also been keeping away for awhile and he is a pretty sociable cat. I think he has some parasites or worms. Any other causes or can someone confirm this ?
