Should I continue to feed this random stray cat?

So I've never owned a pet. A cousin when he was over at my place fed this stray cat some chicken bones one day and the next day it came by again and meowed. I fed it some chicken bones because I felt bad for it - it had a wound on it and now it's coming over everyday for food - I think.

I googled some stuff about cats and it's a tuxedo cat and I don't know how old or anything. I'm also not sure if it's in good health - it seems to sleep a lot in my veranda and it's not going out and doing whatever cats do lately. I think the only time it eats is when I feed it chicken bones.

I've never owned a pet or even touched a cat or a dog so picking it up and taking it to a vet is not possible for me. I'm also not sure if a stray cat is dangerous .

It seems that cooked chicken bone is not good for cats based on google and I don't have chicken everyday either - but when it comes meowing for what I think is food, I feel bad so I'm thinking of buying some cat food or something to keep feeding it. But I'm not sure if that's good - any advice?
