Accidentally poured poop into a rabbit's ear

So we got a pair of baby rabbits, two months old or so. They poop and pee all over the place, so we tried looking for ways to train them to use a litter box. Apparently it helps if you put back their poop and pee back in the litter box so they know to do their business there.

Then one time I was cleaning up their poop and was gonna put it back to the litter box. They were inside the cage, and the litter box was at the corner of the cage, so it was easy to pour their poop (they were dry pellets) through the top of the cage. Except that I think they were expecting food so they came closer, and as the poop pellets fell down, I think at least one pellet went into the ear of one rabbit. ://

What do I do? Should I take it to the vet now? Will it be able to remove such an object out of its ear on its own?

tl;dr Was cleaning up poop and putting it to the litter box; rabbits came closer and I think one poop pellet fell inside an ear
