I ordered my dog’s food and was charged initially on the 21st ($55.53). Then, I checked today, and noticed a charge for the 23rd that was ALSO $55.53. So they charged me twice? I called customer support and the woman that I spoke to was extremely kind, but was also confused. She said it typically happens when people order multiple items that are coming in multiple waves of boxes, but she hadn’t seen it before with just one order of dog food.
I was told to call back Friday with my bank on the line if the 2nd charge hasn’t fell off yet.
This hasn’t happened to me before with Chewy. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I love Chewy, but kind of made me mad because what if that had sent me into overdraft?
