Basically what it says in the title. My girlfriend was bought a bouquet of flowers which had a couple of (I think) stargazer lillies in it.
I knew lillies could be harmful to cats but didn't think a couple would cause too much trouble...
Fast forward to a few minutes ago. My cat picked up a fallen petal in her mouth which I quickly removed and threw away along with the rest of the flowers.
The petal had a little bit of pollen on but not a huge amount.
How toxic are lilies to cats? Is it worth calling an emergency vet or shall I wait and see what happens?
