Hi! I have a 6 month old corgi, and I love trying to walk him. He goes for morning walks fine but not in the afternoon or evening. He legit lays down. When I gently tug on the leash to motivate him he digs his heels in. If I do not walk him he goes crazy in the house. Typically walks are about 30 minutes each. I’ve tried to use positive reinforcement and treats but nothing seems to work. Please, any advice would be so helpful and appreciated
