My dog is almost two years old, and I noticed today that her left pupil is bigger than her right. They both dilate the same if the light changes, but the left always stays slightly bigger. Is this a problem? Could it affect her vision? She seems to have good coordination with catching her toys mid air if I throw them, but she also does weird things like ram herself into the door if she needs to go out (she slides on my floors a lot and is extremely energetic, so I just assumed it was because of that).
