Hello all,
I currently have no pets, but I have wanted a cat for years. I am likely to start trying for a baby within the next year. Is it a bad idea to get a cat right before I start having kids? Should I wait until my child/ren is/are a few years old? I have heard so many stories of tired working mothers who just don't have the energy for both and horror tales of the baby finding the cat vomit! But then I hear the benefits of early exposure, so I am just not sure what is best.
I would love to hear your personal experiences!
