How much of a wet can should be feeding a kitten that is about 10 months old?

Since there are three about the same age, I was wondering how much they should be eating. I usually divide 1 kitten can into three sections and give each a third. I use two wet food cans a day. :/ I tried to help them. They aren't home pets. They live in my apartment complex and sometimes other people give them chicken, dry food or other wet food but not consistently as I have since last july.

It's become harder to feed them because all other cats are now coming outside the apt to get food. :/

What about a small kitten? I just found this one that seems to meow at me but it's scared. He's small but seems to eat the wet food. Makes me feel so bad. I'm not working right now so I do the best I can by having my mom and bro pitch in.
