Making successful introductions. Two home dogs, one stray.

So, I have a dog and recently took in a stray. She came into my home because she showed up with a broken leg. We took her to the vet and is doing well. I've now have fully vaccinated her and I'm going to get her a sterilization surgery as soon as her paw is completly healed. And my other dog is fine with her.

The thing is I travel often and my parents take care of my dog when I travel, they have two dogs and they get along fine. So, yesterday we sort of made introductions -new dos and parents dog- and it went not so well. I'd like the new dog to also stay at my parents when I travel, but its not gonna be possible if they do not get along.

Tips for making a more smooth introduction? How can I make them all like each other?
