I have a miniature dachshund that's approximately 9 years old. She's walked multiple times a day as we live in an apartment, and most times, she barks when she wants out. However, she keeps peeing on the carpet and furniture, even if we're standing right there. She isn't suffering from any illnesses that we can tell, and aside from the occasional fleas, she's a healthy dog. Is this a psychological thing?
Any idea on what she could not be happy about?
