I've had my cat since I was three years old and he was just a kitten. I grew up with him for so many years and I love him so much. I spent my entire life with him and he was recently diagnosed with oral cancer. I am so devasted and upset because I'm so far away in college and I won't be able to be with him until Tuesday. My family has been giving him syringe food and painkillers to make it easier for him. My family has been spoiling him especially hard after his diagnosis of oral cancer. I'm scared to go to the vet to put him down because I know I have to be there for him but it's just so sad. If anyone has words of comfort that would be greatly appreciated.
