He's been seen by three different vets and has had a dental cleaning and a back tooth removed. He just keeps gnawing like he is trying to get something out of his mouth. He is also sensitive when you touch around his jaw area so we are cautious of that when petting him. I don't know if it bothers him or not but it can't be comfortable. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help.
