My kitten might have worms

I need help. This happened just now and I don’t know where to ask.

I was cleaning the cats litter box (I have about 6) when one of my female kittens decides she has to do her businesses.

I wait to scoop it up but when she stands up to leave I see her feces is covered in little worm like creatures. They're small, and they look like rice grains. I think they might be tapeworms. I don't know what to do. She's young, about 6 months. There's also other cats, and newborn kittens so I don't know if they're at risk of getting these worms. My cat is an indoor cat.

How can I properly identify these worms? What should I do? Can she die?
