Last year my mom found out that her co-workers dad was keeping a bearded collie in a van due to it not being able to work with sheep, it had been there since it was around 1 year old and spent a good 3 years living in the van. When my mom found out about this she asked her co-worker about it and he said it was true, so my mom went to the house and asked if she could have the dog, he instantly agreed. Now that we have 'Jed', which is his name. We have realised he acts really strange, he gets really anxious when there is anything loud and one time my dad took him in the car and it was raining so he put on the window wipers which would make Jed jump and cry. And the past two nights he has been just wandering the house, not sleeping. I went to the toilet to find him in the bathroom. I took him back upstairs and then two minutes later he just starts walking round again. I was wondering if his weird behaviour could be from what he went through.
