I don't know if there is a better subreddit to do this on but i'm looking for advice. I live in a very rural-hick town. I live on a street of apartments. For the last month or so, this pickup truck with a metal horse trailer keeps parking on our street and stays there all day and through the night while he possibly visits/hooks up with an apartment resident. My problem is he leaves a large horse and 5 dogs in there - very confined, uncomfortable with no food or water. What can I do? What rights do I have? Who can I call? It's infuriating to see those poor, sweet animals so confined, ignored, and hungry.
