I found a stray dog in front of my house around the afternoon and it looked like it hasn't eaten in days, so I gave it food and a blanket. The dog doesn't have a collar either and i have no way of identifying it unless it has a microchip. I don't have a car right now and I don't know what organization to call, I would take in the dog if I could, but I don't have the money to take care of a dog right now. I want to help this dog find a good place or even its original owner if I can, any help would be appreciated.
