Update to my previous post.
I took him to the vet. She said his shell is completely fine but I shouldn't have put him in water. the water filled up his injured internal cavity. As soon as she pulled him out of the water he started bleeding from the nose. They cleaned him and gave him medicine to stop the bleeding. The vet said we are not supposed to put him in water for 7 days. he has an oral cavity injury, other than that he is fine. The vet said we can't do anything if he starts gasping for air.
He was behaving alright the entire day but now he isn't moving much. He is just sitting in one place with his eyes open and arms and legs inside the shell. He slightly turns his head around when anyone goes near him. Is he under pain? What should I do? I am starting to panic.
I tried to feed him but he isn't eating. He seems to be taking a nap right now.
