Vet can’t find out what’s wrong with my dog, any guidance would be so appreciated.

I honestly don’t know where else to look at this point. Googling hasn’t been too helpful, unfortunately.

I have a 9 year old long haired chihuahua. She’s always been very healthy & active. We’ve had no previous issues with her. Until about 2 weeks ago, she began limping on her right front paw. My family & I assumed she probably just sprained it jumping or playing & waited a couple of days to see how it would heal. Well, 2 days later she could barley walk at all. It appeared that her entire body hurt, not just her paw. We took her to the vet 6 days ago & they said she likely just got bit by a spider/snake & that she should be fine. They gave her pain medication & anti-biotics, ensuring us that we’ll see improvement in her in a few days. Well, she’s actually gotten worse. We took her to the vet yesterday for bloodwork. The results came back & all of her bloodwork is normal. She’s obviously in pain, she limps around everywhere & is even bothered when we gently pick her up. This change in her happened overnight, nothing that we could’ve seen coming. I have no idea what to do now & neither does our vet.

Has anyone had this happen to their dog in the past? Any help whatsoever would be so appreciated!
