Hello everyone!
I am just curious about this topic. I adopted my cat 3 years ago and he was neutered by the adoption agency when we got him. But, he still has fat cheeks, jowls, and a thick neck from when he was a tomcat. I looked this up on google and got mixed results on whether or not their fat features are supposed to disappear. Does anyone know whether or not it's normal for some of their tomcat characteristics to stick around?
