Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, I'm just not sure where else I should.
So, my brother was walking our dog today, and he noticed a little bit of blood in the dogs urine. There wasn't a lot of blood, it just turned the urine somewhat orange.
I want to take her to the vet but problem is, I can barely afford a vet's bill currently. If my dog's life is in danger, I'll take her regardless... But I'd much rather avoid that if possible.
So, does a little bit of blood in her urine absolutely warrant a trip to the vet's? Or can it be treated at home? I love her and I'll 100% take her if necessary. Thanks.
