Chatty kitty meows constantly - what can I do?

My husband and I have two 5 year old cats that are half Maine Coon littermates that we absolutely love, however my female cat has ALWAYS been chatty. It can be a lot at times and her brother doesn't have this same trait (just warbles at times, he's a quiet guy for the most part.)

She has always demanded more attention than him - jumps on our laps or shoulders, lays down on our chest/collarbone if we're laying down. They were both rescues so I'm wondering if its just learned anxiety or something else.

They just had their annual vet visit and both had clean bills of health with great labwork so I don't think it's a health issue and neither does the vet. They can both be a little possessive about food which again may have been learned from being abandoned as kittens. I'm also 9 months pregnant and wondering if my surging hormones could be triggering my kitty more than usual. My vet recommended adding another Feliway vaporizer and seeing if it helps. We play with them, cuddle them and have them on a good feeding schedule.

She's just a talkative kitty and I'm trying to figure out how I can discourage the nonstop chattiness if possible.
Thanks in advance for any advice/tips!
