A recently went to a friend’s house and she was fixing her dog’s food by mixing it up with a kitchen spoon that humans eat with. I personally felt like that was disgusting. She stated it was okay bc she “washed it” afterwards. I love animals but I wouldn’t mix dog food in the dog bowl with the spoons that we eat out of. I suggested she put a few things to the side to use just for the dog. This friend also use to own a restaurant and stated on that she knows all about the safety regulations.
She wasn’t argumentative and neither was I. She stated that I’m a germaphobe and it’s okay. What is your thoughts?
