Does it really matter how large a home is as long as they are getting enough physical and mental exercise to tire them out and keep them happy?
If the options are:
Please note that the dog in question is very loved in her current home, they just don't know how to handle her energy. In both situations she would be loved and she would still spend time with her current owners if she moves to the new home.
A to continue to live in a home with space but: she spends several hours a day crated, gets walked regularly but never gets to really run and doesn't get any real mental exercise.
B to move to a home that's a little smaller but: would only be crated for an hour or two a day, get regular walks and get out for a run at least once a day as well as plenty of mental exercise. She would also be interacting with other animals.
Which is better for her?
