HELP! One eyed gerbil is bleeding

So i recently bought two female gerbils that were shipped to the store I work at (petco). When i was opening the box they came in, my coworker noticed one was missing an eye and the other doesnt open more than halfway, and would have to be marked down, so i bought them both since i was afraid someone else would buy her since she was a cheaper price and also buy a cheaper cage/supplies and mistreat her since people tend to value lower cost pets less.

The one eyed one (Eve) is very active and overall appears completely healthy, except she seems to be nearly blind and rarely reacts to any visual cues. Because of this, she gets stressed out very easily. At first there was no discharge or any redness around her missing eye and she doesnt appear to be in any discomfort. However, tonight I noticed that she has what looks like blood coming out of her eyelid and the area around it appears pinkish. The only thing that has changed is that ive had to keep my pregnant cat in my bedroom during the day so she cant escape the house, so im afraid that may has stressed Eve out and aggrivated her eye. I did also give them a dust bath last night, maybe some dust got into the eye socket. I dont know if its infected or not, does anyone know what to do? (She is too active for me to get a good picture sorry)

Note: i have them in a 10 gallon tank, with a wooden house, wire wheel, plenty of wood chews and a small wooden bridge thingy to play on. Their bedding Is ground walnut shell sand (which they love to play in) and i have a large handful of kaytee white colored bedding and a handful of timothy hay as nesting material to keep them warm. I used the petco brand You & Me dust bath in a small jar last night, and i feed them kaytee food since thats the same stuff they were fed in store and i was afraid to change their food too quickly. (I also plan on upgrading them to a larger tank one day since after further research i discovered 360 square inches floor space is the minimum recommended for two gerbils and their tank is 300 atm, but have to wait since Eve doesn't like changing cages much and they are still small anyway since they are pretty young)
