Kitten Advice, Not Eating But "Trying"?

Ok, So I am on mobile, sorry for any errors.

So, my husband and I recently adopted a new kitten. And by adopting, I mean my friend found her in a bush and gave her to us. She is a very sweet, playful and loving black cat. She gets along wonderfully with our two older cats who are 6 and 5. We named her Aerith.

So we have an appointment for a vet in two weeks to see how old she is, if we can get her vaccinated, ECT. But something today alarms me about her eating habits.

So she usually eats wet food just fine,(we have had her 5 days) except today. She was barely eating any, but still drinking water. She however, kept nursing on me. Like straight up sucking and kneeding on my leg. I got concerned so I bought her formula (Idk her age so it was just to be safe) and she won't touch it. I tried a bottle, it was a no go. So I tried a teeny bowl, she would lick it then immediately attack my leg to "nurse".

The other two cats were adults when we adopted them. I have no idea what to do.

Anyone who is more kitten savvy have any advice? I couldn't find anything on google and I want to make sure she is going to be fine before the vet visit.

Thank you in advance!
