My cats are terrified of a neighbouring cat

I have two cat siblings, male and female, who are about one year old. They're free roaming so they come and go as they please. I live in a house in a very calm area with lots of nature, not a lot of houses.

However, a couple of months ago, and neighbouring cat started showing up at my house, going through the cat flap into our house. I quickly installed a chip flap so that only my cats could enter, but this other cat is still around the huse a lot. I have cameras around my house so I can see how he moves around the house, usually during early mornings.

One of my cats, the male one, seems so be very scared of this cat. Sometimes he's away for several days and he usually hides in this abandoned house next to my house. My other cat, the female one, does not go outside as much so she's often at home (although she too hid in this abandoned house very recently). This neighbouring cat is really messing things up for me and my cats, and it's breaking my heart that they feel unsafe.

What could I do? Is it possible to scare this cat so that he'll stay away from my house?
