Back in April I got a Shih Tzu puppy. Now she’s going on six months old and I feel like the potty training progress is regressing. Whenever I scold her for going in the house she doesn’t take it seriously and runs away playfully. And if I ever catch her in the act and say “no!” She doesn’t take it seriously either. I feel like it’s getting worse and she’s peeing on the carpet more and more everyday. Every time she asks to go out and actually goes I give her a treat. Sometimes I’ll randomly take her out periodically just to see if she has to go. Is there anything else I can do to manage the potty training process? Am I doing anything wrong?
