Hello!
I have been searching online for the perfect pet door and haven't managed to locate one to meet my specifications, which are: medium sized (for a 40-45 lb dog), be energy efficient (that is, seal nicely all the way around when shut, with thick material), and operate with a collar key (magnetic or electric). It seems pretty straightforward, so I am really surprised I haven't come across one. I should also mention this is to be placed into the wall, rather than doors, windows, etc. Please let me know if you have any advice!
