So my cat had a urinalysis which showed trace amounts of blood in urine. But didn’t show bacteria or white blood cells.
Yet my cat has had on and off again uti symptoms. They think it’s stress related.
Has anyone here had a pet with blood in urine have no bacteria or white blood cells in urinalysis, but had a culture done which ended up showing an infection?
They didn’t do a culture of his urine and left it as is, but thinking of requesting a culture.
He’s been lethargic and crying before and after using his box. And ultra snuggly.
WBC on the low side of normal, and neutrophils below normal.
Thoughts?
