Cat with litter box issues

Me and my wife have 4 cats. The 4th cat we recently took in when we found her. We knew she was a pet because she knew how to use a litter box and was not scared of usual household noises.

We attempted to locate the owners by having her chip scanned and I notified the company that we found her, I also made posters and put them up. After weeks we heard nothing and decided to keep her.

This cat has litter box issues that were not apparent at first. Once we had her roaming the place with the others she began pooping outside the litter box. Had her de-wormed, shots, check up etc. Well the pooping part is resolved, but she consistently pees outside in front of the litter box. I have changed the type of litter box, changed the litter, have feliway diffusers plugged in and still no luck. She will pee inside the litter box sometimes but usually once a day or once every other day she pees outside the litter box.

We are using pee pads currently, but after over a month or her using the bathroom in one way or another outside the litter box I'm going to be at my wits end. I am trying to be patient and nice to the cat but I will not tolerate a cat that cannot use the litter box consistently if this isn't resolved in the next month or so. We have 3 litter boxes inside and one in the porch. Literally the only boxes used are the 2 side by side near the living room. I scoop the boxes daily.

Any ideas? I do know one of our cats hates the new one. Thankfully none of our existing cats are having litter box issues. I'd feel bad to get rid of this cat if we can resolve the issues, but I will, especially since at some point we will want to have a kid/kids and will not want a cat pissing on the floor.
