She shakes and climbs and pants her stank breath whenever she hears a whistle- which really only happens when we are watching something on TV that has sports or something. I kept petting her and giving her scritches to no avail. Little did I know the cure was just putting her from fear mode into protection mode because as soon as her little big brother started barking out of nowhere over some imagined intruder she changed her shade and became fierce and ready for action. Now she’s pretty calm and snug as a bug.
