Hi, I've adopted an 8 week old kitten who was dumped near my house. I've had her 3 or 4 days. She's relatively healthy except for being hella skinny. The first day I didn't have kitten food so she ate some tuna cat food. The day after, I bought wet kitten food. She loves it just as much. I've noticed when she does #2 though, it's become quite runny over the last 2 days. It was mostly solid beforehand. I didn't have enough money to buy dry kitten food (I will shortly). I'm wondering if the wet food is causing this and some dry food will help. I've had cats all my life but never kittens so I'm unsure. Any help is appreciated, thank you
