Unfortunately I’m not posting a pic b/c he’s not mine. I’m currently “nannying” for an absolutely precious 8-9 week old Yorkie puppy who’s very playful, as they often are- problem is, he is CONSTANTLY play-biting. If he’s not asleep or being held, he is biting any bit of skin he can find. I’ve heard methods ranging from squealing like a littermate would when bitten too hard, scruffing the puppy, completely ignoring him when he bites... what is the best method to curb this a little? I understand that on some level, puppies just play-bite until they grow out of it, but it’s getting ridiculous. And I’d really like to help his mama start the process of training him out of it.
