So this cat was apparently an outdoor cat its whole life and needed to find a home as its getting colder in ohio. He just keeps meowing. Usually for hours on end in the middle of the night. (Meowed for 6 hours last night and hes on the 3rd hour tonight) we live in an apartment and I really really don't wanna get a complaint and have to give him up or any of my other cats becsuse of it. Seriously don't know what to do. Really need some help
