Hey all!
I was giving my cat his insulin shot with his dinner and I know I missed the first one (he has lots of fluffy fur so I thought I had a skin pocket and turns out it was a knot!) so then I went and gave him a second shot HOWEVER I made a mistake and did it close to where the other one was so now his furs wet and I'm not sure if it's from missing both or the first one I missed. My mistake that I won't make again.. pretty new at this - he got diagnosed a little over a week ago.
Is it worse if I give him a dose where he potentially gets a double dose of the insulin or if I just leave him be and keep an eye on him tonight and start fresh with making sure he's getting that injection with his breakfast in the morning?
