Hello all!! New to this channel but hoping someone can help me, I am cat-sitting right now for my sister’s two cats but one of them is so aggressive towards me. I have a cat of my own and know how to behave around cats but she keeps hissing at me, spitting, and even trying to go for my ankles as I walk by. I cat-sat before when she was a kitten and been over several times, but I showed up today and she acted like she had never met me. I haven’t made extensive eye contact (other than to do the slow blink thing?) but nothing is working. She’s rubbed up to me twice but looked at me (and I think realized I’m not my sister) and started hissing... I want to provide her cats comfort but this one just won’t like me (I’ve tried ignoring her and not inciting conflict) any advice?
