When we first got him he was a bit irritable, but now almost a month later he is incredibly trusting and sweet. I can't really bond with him like earlier since it's mating season, but when he is a little bit calm he loves to perch on my shoulder and watch TV, especially after I get home. My cat has also been incredibly calm near him, however we never let them together unsupervised in case Kirby tries to kill him. When they are together they like to sit next to each other, until he tries to mate with her. Kirby even likes to rub her head on him. Even though he doesn't really appreciate it. Is anyone else's cat and bird really close?
